The tuber store is closed until I have a solid inventory when I finish dividing.
All tubers are priced at $6.00. I still have some to divide and will add them as they become available. I look forward to serving you in 2018.
Need a holiday gift for a gardener? Gift certificates are alway available in any denomination you choose.
Once again SOMETHING TO CROW ABOUT DAHLIAS will be a vendor at The Flower and Garden Show in Hartford in February.
We will also be participating in the much anticipated Trade Secrets Antique and plant sale held at Lion Rock in Sharon, CT. I will post the exact date in May as soon as it has been confirmed.
Hello Friends, Neighbors and Gardeners,
Thanks for stopping by to visit "Something to Crow About Dahlias". I have a very small farm, growing about 2500 plants and 200 varieties but many sell out quickly. I also have some plants for sale for those who prefer to start with a potted plant.
I also will be offering premium fresh cut dahlia blooms for every occasion. They are available in almost every color to compliment your needs. I pick them when you need them. Depending on "Mother Nature" the dahlias usually start to bloom in mid-July and continue through early October.
All the photos were taken at the gardens located in North West Ct in the town of Cornwall at 34 Furnace Brook Rd. I am opened by chance or appointment. Best to call ahead to make sure. (860) 672-3515
Potted plants and rooted cutting are a great way for people who don't want to start with a tuber.
